Cool story – mirrors my own in a lot of ways. One thing you didn’t spend too much time talking about – but that’s really important to me – is being passionate about your customers. It’s not always easy – and if you have a particularly hard time doing it – it might be better to re-evaluate your market. But being customer-centric is pretty much a fool-proof path to success.

I've been following Andy's progress for awhile, and it's been inspiring to see him take what he's learned in Project Mojave and implement it like a man on fire. It's one thing to have the knowledge, and quite another to put it into action. Kudos for doing that.
